ABOUT
Since graduating from Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley in 2016, I've been dedicated to helping DTC startups grow. During my time at Nick's and Pique Tea, I've scaled online product sales through building an understanding of customer engagements, experience, analytics, acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
I've built the foundation of CX for multiple companies and have been responsible for 50,000 tickets, and managed nearly 40 new product launches. Leveraging social media to engage consumers, we increased followers by more than 100K and utilized that audience for new product development. Using CX tools, we changed from being a reactive organization to a proactive team focused on customer success strategy delivering the best experience to consumers possible while compounding brand loyalty with every new sale.
